Chair massages are unobtrusive, can operate in various spaces, and provide the perfect 5-60 minute break no matter where we are performing. This approach to bodywork is done over clothes, so there is no massage oil necessary to get the most out of the treatment. Slight stretching of upper body tissue may be incorporated.
