Our signature approach to deep tissue massage is a collaboration between trigger point and neuromuscular therapy with a hint of Swedish-style massage.

You see, digging in right away, results in added pain and stress to your body, which is why we avoid applying aggressive pressure from the beginning. Instead, we take our time to warm up your tissue and prepare your body for the gradual increases in pressure. In our many years of experience, this approach yields significantly better results for our clients.

We begin these sessions with a brief consultation to get a better understanding of the areas that are causing you pain; and we use that information to further uncover related areas that need to be addressed, in order to help you achieve optimal relief.

When it comes to your body, it’s important to keep in mind that everything is connected; our goal is to help you address your issues as comprehensively as possible.
